Pianist
I am an active chamber musician and perform in various genres. I love collaborating with musicians from various backgrounds—including classical and global musics. I also love the process of creating with poets and butoh dancers. Below are videos of my recent performances: with the Earhart Trio, Nisene Ensemble, San Luis Chamber Orchestra, and Breath of Asia. Also included are the music of composers Maayan Tsadka and John Cage.

Music of Erik Satie
Erik Satie once stated that he wanted his listeners to feel the music physically as well as listen to it. In order to capture this experience, we used some unusual close microphone recording techniques to enhance the effects that Satie might have heard as he sat at the instrument.
